Sport
There are opportunities for sports of all kinds including:
Socialising
Students are encouraged to socialise in the cafeteria, courtyard and internet cafe.
The Student Council takes the lead with student newsletters, volunteering and charity events.
Student societies
Students are free to organise their own societies to reflect their interests.
These have recently included: Philosophy Society, Music and a range of cultural societies, such as the Slavic and Kazakh Societies.
Parties
We organise themed nights and celebrations based around religious or cultural events such as Chinese New Year.
Other events include karaoke, fancy dress parties and an annual May Ball.
City life
There is plenty to do in the City of Cambridge, with its restaurants, art galleries, clubs, music and theatre venues.
Excursions
Students have the opportunity to visit places of interest throughout the UK including London, Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Overseas study trips
Tutors often organise study trips abroad - these have included destinations such as New York, Paris, Moscow, Prague and Florence.

Foundation Film & Video student Tomomi Hashimoto won first place at the Lucky Foot Film Festival for 'Baby Boy Adventure'.
